Francisco ‘Frank’ DeSilva, owner of Construction by Silva, Inc., General Contractor, has over 30 years industry experience. Frank is a third generation carpenter from Azores, Portugal. He immigrated to this country more than two decades ago, and he continues to utilize his traditional work ethics with every project. It is with this experience and his integrity that Construction By Silva is doing and delivering the job done right, and providing the client with what is needed. The result is a greater overall customer experience and satisfaction.
