The physicians and staff of CSPM are dedicating to provide you with excellent, high quality medical care in a welcoming, friendly environment. We offer sleep testing 7 nights a week and day testing for night shift workers, performed by our registered polysomnographic technologists. Home sleep testing is also now available. If you have asthma, emphysema or any other lung disorder, our board certified pulmonologists will evaluate you and devise an individual treatment and management plan for you to follow. We will full service medical practice specializing in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Disorders medicine. Our Farmington Hills sleep center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and has consistently met the rigorous standards for Sleep Center Accreditation. Complete pulmonary and sleep evaluations and treatment are performed by our board certified physicians. Comprehensive Pulmonary Function Testing by a registered respiratory therapist is available on site. Overnight sleep testing is available for CSPM patients seven nights a week in our sleep center located within our Farmington Hills office. 24-48 hours are required to process your refill request. Some prescription plans require prior authorization for certain medications and this process my take several days. Every effort will be made to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner.
