Cook N Grow

Art, ballet, karate and cooking! If your children have a passion for cooking or they love to help you cook dinner, then our classes are what you are looking for. We offer hands on cooking classes for kids!

The basis of our Cook N Grow program is in teaching kids to enjoy cooking with healthy, high quality and fresh ingredients. We start by teaching how by cooking healthy one does not have to give up taste. We teach the young and old how to put together a flavorful meal from scratch and how to do it quickly. We help anyone to understand that you do not have to be a four-star chef in order to make high quality, amazing food. You just have to know a few basics and that is where we begin.

As an added bonus, our youth, can start to use their education and learning skills practically. In addition to learning about different cultures through the course of cooking authentic meals from around the globe. Our Cook N Grow program will help them to use critical thinking and problem solving skills. In our kitchen we help kids to use algebra, geometry, and enhance their language skills. Students will learn to adjust recipes, as well as learn about ingredients that they have never heard of or used before. We are hoping to offer our services as a fun break from traditional learning inside both public and private schools.

We hope that by introducing kids to these new skills they will be able to bring these techniques, foods and ideas home to the rest of the family. We believe that we can help create a healthier community and it starts in the kitchen.
