When many people think of a “gym,” negative feelings creep in: images of intimidating bodybuilders, judgmental staff, a sense of isolation, a dread of unreachable goals. It makes some people quit – and even more who never even start.

We’re not a “gym” in that sense. Or a beauty pageant. Or a cult.

Although we’re diverse in age, fitness, and personal goals, we do share one positive attitude that makes our “coop” a community: all of us are rooting for all of us. Come in for a tour to see for yourself.
