Opis Coquina Center, located in the heart of Ormond Beach, Florida is a 120 bed skilled nursing center offering short-term rehabilitation and transitional care, long-term care, palliative care and respite care. With our Mission statement as the core foundation, we are committed to providing the highest standards of integrated care. Coquina Center has been awarded the prestigious Governor's Gold Seal of Excellence Award (July 1, 2013-June 30, 2015) from the Governor's Panel on Excellence in Long-Term Care, and has been awarded the 2010 Bronze - Committment to Quality Award presented by The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). Coquina Center and has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2014 Best Nursing Homes.

Our SigmaLink in-house rehabilitation services offer personalized physical, occupational and speech therapy services to meet our customer’s needs. Recreational activities designed for mental physical stimulation are available seven days a week to stimulate our customers, enriching their lives to full potential. Our recently renovated shower comes complete with granite counter tops and oversized showering areas featuring beautiful amenities providing a warm comfortable spa shower experience. Our fine dining program for residing customers features options – a breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets, waffles and fresh fruits. For comfort and convenience, cable, WI-FI, telephone, housekeeping and laundry services are included. Our new in-house TV channel provides information on daily activities, center highlights, and daily menu choices, along with upcoming events, all within the comfort of our customers' rooms.
