Cor Fitness MMA

Our center will be one of the largest fitness and MMA facilities in the Charlotte Metro area. A 9000 square foot facility that has dedicated 3500 square feet strictly to mat space, and a separate area for boot camps and fitness.

If your family is looking to grow and train together, COR is perfect for you. There is something for everyone at COR Fitness MMA. Classes ranging from Cardio Boot-camps, to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There are a wide range of activities for parents, youth, and the MMA enthusiasts.

At the COR - Today’s youth are becoming more and more reliant on technology, video games and social media. The days of “going outside to play” are slowly dying. We want to offer a community based facility where we can bring the heart of physical activity back to our youth.
