Core Orthopedics and Sports Medicine serves the greater Chicago Metropolitan area as well as patients from around Illinois and the country. We have two convenient locations to serve the east and west suburbs – conveniently located in the Hoffman Estates/Barringtion area and the Elk Grove Village area.

We are a four surgeon practice with a philosophy of conservative care that maximizes non-invasive treatments while counseling those patients who necessitate surgery on the latest methods available and the individual risks and benefits that may apply. We tailor our care to each patient.

We welcome physician referrals as well as worker's compensation cases.

Our MD/DO team combines board certified specialization in hip, knee, shoulder, and spinal surgeries as well as extensive experience in sports medicine and rehabilitative care.
