At Core SC&WC we want to ensure that we improve the health of our body and mind. We must retrain movement to eliminate dysfunction and pain from the body. Rewiring neural pathways begins to change the relationship between the body and mind. This makes the body move more efficiently and with less pain, or pain free. This allows us to have more energy throughout the day and causes us to perform better in all areas of our life.

We have also worked with senior clients whom have had numerous knee, hip, low back, neck, and shoulder issues/abnormalities.
