I am a mom to two beautiful children and I have a wonderful husband who has supported me in all my adventures. I love OCR and anything fitness related. I have a wide variety of equipment, some standard and some not so standard, to provide you with a great workout! I enjoy mixing the great outdoors with fitness.

Gardner boot camp consists of running intervals with obstacles to simulate an Obstacle Course Event. This is a go at your own pace class where when you are done you are free to go.

Since my course is geared for ALL fitness levels, it really gets catered to each individual person. When you come, I show you what to do and then you are free to go do as much as you can and skip what you are uncomfortable with or cannot do due to injuries or any other things.

I want to help promote families being active together, so children are welcome to come participate or to come and just hang out during the time frame of the workout. Kids are free to participate with parent consent.
