CoreConscious is the way I think about the mind-body practice. Concentration on one muscle group, the feeling of a long stretch, the details of a deep breath...it's soothing, meditative, and productive.

Meditation practice enhances breathing, connects us to the physical, and enlightens the spirit. I blend Pilates and yoga practices for dancers, for rehab, and for injury prevention with a stretchy, deep breathing yoga-flavored approach to holistic fitness.
