Corn City Festival

The Corn City Festival was founded in 2003. It is held annually the 3rd weekend of August (Saturday & Sunday) in the Deshler Village Park. There is a wide array of activities and events held throughout the day including:

5K Run, Cheerleading Competition, Volleyball Tournament, Pedal Tractor Pull, Bingo, Quartermania, Live Entertainment, Cornhole Tournament, Tug of War, Diaper Derby, Arts & Crafts, Food Vendors, Beer Garden, among many other things.

The main attraction in 2012 was the band Red Wanting Blue. Over 1,200 people welcomed the band to the community for a great show on Saturday night.
