Cornelius Crawfish

Herff and Nancy started the Crawfish business in 2000. Our crawfish are very clean, great quality, medium to large size.
The crawfish are not sold from the pond/catching premises-they are sold out of home at another location.
The price of crawfish will always change, depending on the weather, market, and catch. Each week is usually different. Our bags weigh on average 30lbs.
