Cornell University Computing and Information Science is home to three academic departments: Computer Science, Information Science, and Statistical Science -- all thought leaders in their fields. Working in partnership with nearly all Cornell Colleges and Schools, CIS programs reach thousands of students across campus.

CIS is located in the newly opened Bill and Melinda Gates Hall, a physical space that reflects the essence of the information age.
