Our Core Beliefs: THE ETERNAL TRINITY--existing as Spirit in three divine and distinct persons but same in essence: GOD THE FATHER, GOD THE SON AND GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT. (John 4:24, Matthew 28:19, 2Cor 13:14, Genesis 1:26, John 15:26, John 16:7-15, Acts 2:29-39) We believe that Our God is the one and only Sovereign Creator who is holy (without sin), all knowing, all powerful, everywhere present, and eternally existent. (Ex. 3:14-15, 1.Tim. 6:15-16, Isa. 40:13-14, Jn. 4:24) We believe in the Holy Spirit, that he is God’s personal presence in this world, sent to empower and transform every believer, to convict the world, and to be the seal of our future inheritance. (Acts 1, 4:31, Ephesians 1:13-14, Romans 8:1-27, 2 Corinthians 1:22)
--JESUS CHRIST was fully man and fully God when he came to earth. He was born of the virgin Mary and lived a sinless life. He was crucified, he died and then was bodily resurrected from the dead so that all who believe on him as their LORD AND SAVIOR will be reconciled with GOD THE FATHER and experience eternal life with him. We believe that Jesus Christ is returning for His bride the Church and will judge the living and the dead. -SCRIPTURES are divinely inspired, authoritative, and inerrant as originally given. Thes scriptures reveal the story of God reconciling the world back to Himself and are the authoritative rule of faith for the Church. (2Tim 3:16-17, Psalm 119:138, 160, Matthew 5:18, Luke 24:25-26, Romans 15:4)
--HUMANITY’S INTENDED PURPOSE--Humanity was created in God's image and designed to be in an intimate relationship with Him. We are created to enjoy and experience life with God and reflect his goodness and glory to the world. This relationship is broken by sin and can only be reconciled through Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1:26-31, Revelations 21:-7, 22-27, Revelations 22:1-5, 17, Romans 3:23, 6:23, 2 Corinthians 5:14-21)
--literal HEAVEN and HELL and the existence of SATAN. Because of our sin (rebellion against God) all of humanity is deserving of HELL (eternal separation from God).(Genesis 3, Job 1:6-12, Matthew 4:1-11, 1 Peter 5:8, Romans 3:10-18, 23, Romans 6:23, Revelation 20:1-5, Revelation 20:10-22:5, Revelation 22:14-15, Rom 6:23)
--SALVATION is by the grace of God through faith in the resurrected JESUS CHRIST alone. This salvation is available to all humanity by the grace of God through Jesus Christ.
