Becoming an independent living resident is easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Select your residence
Our marketing director can help you find the ideal residence. We offer newly renovated independent living apartments and spacious patio homes.
2. Place a deposit to hold your selected residence
To move into an apartment or patio home requires a one-time, 90% refundable entrance fee.
Due when you move to cornerstone, this guarantees residence and priority access to discounted health care services for your lifetime at the community. You have the security of knowing assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and an array of home health, therapy and rehab services are available if should you ever need it.
3. Complete the move-in forms
Fill out the short forms in the move-in packet and return them to the marketing director. After that, our marketing team will help you coordinate your move and introduce you to your new neighbors!
You must be at least 55 to live at Cornerstone. We welcome everyone regardless of gender, race, creed, religion, color, disability or nationality. We consider applications in the order we receive them.
