Cort has purchased and restored over a million square feet of historic office and retail space in California. The company's focus is on revitalizing neighborhoods, with an emphasis on the Urban Village. While others are designing new cities, Cort Companies is rebuilding old ones. Dan Cort has become the premier restoration developer in Stockton, acquiring signature properties and returning them to showcase quality and economic vitality.
