The nature of our business requires us to have a few guidelines.

1. Clients cannot request an advanced practitioner; everyone is scheduled equally.
2. Our students do not specialize in deep tissue therefore this cannot be requested. You can ask for more pressure during your massage.
3. Punch cards and discounts and coupons must be provided at time of payment.
4. We adhere to a strict schedule; massage times cannot be adjusted based on the client’s arrival time.
5. Feedback on the massage is required and greatly welcomed!
