What is Reiki??
Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction with many health benefits.

What does Reiki come from?
It is different from electricity or chemical energy or other kinds of psychical energy. Reiki energy comes from a High Power, which exists on a higher dimension than the physical world we are familiar with. The true source of Reiki energy is within ourselves. However this does not mean we use our own personal energy during Reiki, but that the energy is coming from a transcendental part of ourselves that is connected to an infinite supply of healing energy.

Is Reiki a religion?
Reiki is NOT a religion. You are still free to believe whatever you like.
