Cottage Farm is a rental property that offers the charm of a vintage historic house with the luxury of a beautiful private swimming pool steps out of the back door.

The homes’ first floor consists of a central front to back sun filled dining room and living room with hardwood floors and oriental carpets. Off of the dining room, is the fully stocked kitchen – just bring food! The kitchen has a washer and dryer. A newly renovated full bathroom on the first floor and includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed. The other two first floor bedrooms have double beds. The second floor is one large playroom that also has a double bed for extra sleeping room. There is a full bathroom on the second floor.

Come to the sweet little village of Fair Haven New York and relax in our fully outfitted antique year round home, Cottage Farm, one of the first homes built in the area and recently listed the Historic Register. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the comings and goings of the village. Walk one block up to Main Street, to the local store for beer and groceries, the ice cream stand, and the bandstand in the park for a Saturday night concert. The Village is quiet and tiny but offers shops, several restaurants and bars, the home made treats at the Fly By Night Cookies.
