Coty Ferguson, an Ohio native, first came to North Carolina nearly 15 years ago when assigned to Fort Bragg as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army. Coty took advantage of all the long government weekends to explore all that North Carolina has to offer, and in 2010 the Ferguson family answered the call of the mountains.

Coty has lived, worked, and recreated all over Western North Carolina. Whether you’re in Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, or anywhere in-between Coty Ferguson can assist you with all of your real estate needs.

Dedicated to furthering his real estate knowledge through education, Coty has traveled the state to study at the best real estate schools. He earned the advanced designation Strategic Pricing Specialist®, which allows Coty to guide sellers as they make the most difficult decision in the sales process – pricing.

Active in community life, Coty serves in numerous capacities with Transylvania County, non-profit groups, and the military. In his spare time Coty enjoys hiking, canoeing, motorcycling, and spending time with his wife Sarah and daughter Sophia.
