Couture Conditioning

Lori Beveridge, founder of Couture Conditioning and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, is a lifelong fitness advocate and practitioner. Lori's training methods will inspire you and help you establish and reach your fitness goals. Specializing in progressive teaching methods in an encouraging and fun atmosphere. Lori currently competes in numerous 5K's and 10K's, half marathons, triathlons, and marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

Private at-home and outdoor venue training sessions offered throughout the Bay Area. Group training through our 4 week Boot Camps for those who want to celebrate achieving their fitness goals together. Endurance coaching for all levels. Lori's integrated system for total fitness and running enhancement includes a dynamic functional training program for strength and core control, running-specific conditioning drills, form instruction, individualized running/walking plans, goal setting, recovery methods, nutrition recommendations, and injury prevention techniques.
