We appreciate your interest in Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA), and if you live in the area or are simply visiting it, we hope that we might meet you face-to-face in the near future. We know that setting foot in an unfamiliar place can be intimidating, especially a church where not only the people may be unfamiliar, but also some of the practices and beliefs. Churches especially are one of those places where it feels as if you don't belong unless you've been there before. We hope, though, that you will muster up the courage and visit us sometime. And for our part, we promise that we will do our best to welcome you warmly.

Additionally, we assure you that we will not make you feel as if you stand out like a sore thumb. We ourselves are a loving and enthusiastic family of believers from diverse backgrounds and age groups. We are not united by our ethnicity or class or education or politics or hobbies or anything else of that sort. We are united by the good news of the Bible that the God of glory sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross and be raised from the dead in order to reconcile sinful men and women and boys and girls to himself. By grace alone, through faith alone, and on account of Jesus Christ alone, we are reconciled to God and adopted as heirs to life everlasting. We thus believe that we exist to glory and enjoy God, not only in the future, but also already now by the power of the Holy Spirit. More than any else, that is what unites us. Therefore please do not worry about standing out like a sore thumb.
