Rodeo Bootcamp is a specialized fitness gym dedicated to serving clients who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. Cowboy Ryan’s signature Rodeo Bootcamp offers traditional “old school” weight lifting with dumbbells, plus new modern style bungees, TRX straps, battle ropes, stability balls and the newest Rodeo Fence “As seen on Sweat Inc” with Jillian Michaels. Each workout incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 14 challenging exercises developed by a professional rodeo champion. Cowboys Gym delivers total body results in a quick and convenient 28 minute workout with no class times and a trainer with you every step of the way.

Each Rodeo Bootcamp workouts is different, challenging, and fun. From learning how to climb the fences, balance board, saddle squats, hitting the speed bag and rodeo style moves you will never get bored. The 28 minutes will be over before you know it.
