More about Cowgirl Camp at Little Wing Hollow

Cowgirl Camp is an authentic, outdoor, b.y.o.tent, camping experience focusing on self-care, self-reliance, sustainability, and sisterhood.

My goal is to provide a place where adult women*, can immerse themselves in the healing world of nature, practice their outdoor living skills within earshot of a helpful hand, expand their knowledge through interesting workshops, and make new friends that may accompany them on future adventures.

Little Wing Hollow isn't a fancy place by any means, in fact I'd call it rustic. Rough around the edges. But the Chaplin River runs along our property for nearly a mile, we have a big gathering hill where you can marvel at the open, ever-changing sky, lots of enchanting wildlife lives here, and we've just opened a fledgling little art trail, too.

If you've always wanted to learn to camp, or become more outdoorsy, but been to afraid to venture out on your own, this experience will not only give you an oppotunity to actually camp outside in your own tent, but it will also offer fun activities and practical classes while you're here.

Please note: The show will go on rain or shine. In the case of rain we may adapt/adjust classes and schedules if needed, but we will not be cancelling due to rain. We cannot offer refunds. If it happens, consider it an opportunity to practice your rain survival skills. Plus, when is the last time you played in the rain? We encourage that sort of thing out here.

*I planned this camp with adult women in mind but a few guests have asked if they can bring their daughters. If you know a young lady that would be interested in the classes that are offered, and can handle being around adult conversation (and probably a little drinking around the campfire) without being insanely bored, they are welcome to join us. I would think 12 and up would be best, but it is up to you. I will have special guardianship safety waivers at the sign-in table for anyone bringing someone under age 18 with them.

PS: I don't get a reliable cell phone signal out here most of the time. Message me here if you need me for anything. I would never not return a phone call on purpose. Promise.
