Cox Brothers is constantly training their technicians.“Our Techs regularly attend factory training seminars both locally and at manufacturers facilities. Cox Brothers Service Company is a member of CFESA and also is a service partner with the National Service Cooperative. Frank continued to say, “Our membership with CFESA has opened many doors of opportunity for us. We have access to training for our technicians through them as well. With their programs, our tech’s are certified in the area’s of refrigeration, electrical, gas, steam, and installation. The courses go above and beyond any technical school courses that we have seen. Once a technician passes a course, he must be re-certified every 3 years.”
