COZY K9 Resort---(Dogs over 1 year old) Off Leash Group Play Daycare & Boarding/Grooming Service Available.
A place to call home, away from home. We will be providing a comfortable, "cozy" place for your dog to enjoy his/her stay while your away. Dogs are never cooped up and are free to lounge in a homelike setting. Everyone has their own "suite" for sleeping and mealtime. Inside lounge areas with TV & soothing music, grooming & bathing available. Large outside play areas, and Homemade dog treats, lots and lots of affection and one on one attention! Naps come often, there's plenty of soft surfaces & beds for a cozy nap. Heaven on earth for your beloved k9 companion!
Owners understand that supervised off-leash socialization and interaction between our guests is encouraged. Owners also acknowledge that dogs are unpredictable in behavior, and are aware of the risks involved in such play, and assume all risks.

Dogs OVER 1 yr only for Boarding.

MUST be Housebroken, SPAYED & NEUTERED, and NON-Destructive.

Weekend picking up or dropping off:
Sat. & Sun 4:00-6:00.
POLICIES
All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation.
(Show no signs of aggression with people, dogs, toys, or food. Dogs attending must be over 1 year old, 100% HOUSEBROKEN (No pee pee pads), well mannered, well socialized & non-destructive)
Please remember that your dog will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of the pack is our main concern.
Evaluations are FREE (2 hours) with completion of boarding/daycare agreement & copy of Driver's License. Evaluations are by appt only.

CLEANLINESS & HEALTH UPON ARRIVAL
Must show proof of current vaccinations: DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus ), Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) AND Negative Fecal Exam (Intestinal worms) within the last 90 days.
Must be Spayed or Neutered for at least 1 month.
HEALTHY, CLEAN, & NO FLEAS PLEASE
All dogs must be clean and in good health, and must not have fleas (we strongly recommend that your dog receive some form of monthly topical flea treatment plan. Dogs INFESTED with fleas will NOT be able to attend. No exceptions. Dogs that arrive filthy and stinky will require a bath immediately and charged to your account at regular price.
Dogs recently adopted from Animal Shelters/Control must have lived in your home for at least 2 full weeks before applying.
All dogs must be wearing a quick-release cloth collar and must be on a leash upon entry. No metal, pinch, choke, beaded or studded collars will be allowed in the daycare area.
For the safety of your pet. Owner must provide written authorization to allow anyone else to pick up their dog, and people who are authorized by you will be required to present valid picture identification to ensure the safety of your dog. NO EXCEPTIONS, Thank you.

FEEDING
We request that you bring your dog's regular food to avoid causing possible digestive issues (diarrhea, etc). We ask that your dog's food be divided into separate meals and be labeled with your Dog's name and any special feeding instructions (feeding time, adding water, elevating food, etc.). If you forget to bring your dog's food or you don't bring enough for their stay, we will gladly provide our premium grain-free food at a charge of $4-$8 per day depending on dog's size (please note that changing your dog's regular food will most likely result in diarrhea). Also, we may provide our guests with small homemade treats throughout the day - please let us know if your dog's diet won't allow treats, as some of our homemade biscuits contain a small amount of fat.
MEDICATIONS
We are happy to give oral or topical medication to your dog, but require the following:
1. All medications must be in their original container and must include your dog's name.
2. The name and strength of the medication.
3. Directions including dosage, number of times per day, how it is to be given, illness to be treated, areas to be treated, etc. Any dog with special needs may incur additional charges.
WHAT TO BRING
FOR DAYCARE, please bring a leash, a quick-release collar, we supply treats. FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING, please bring all food, (no rawhides or greenies, please), medication, toys, bedding that can be laundered in a washer and dryer and anything else that you would like your dog to have when in their rest & bedtime suite (anything with familiar smells such as shirts, blankets, etc. will help your dog settle in comfortably). Please do not bring food or water dishes as we supply them.
We're not responsible for any bedding/toys that gets destroyed.

Boarding & Daycare:
By Appt only. Any boarding or Daycare Service request MUST apply and complete boarding agreement and complete & pass a FREE temperament evaluation (2-4 hrs.)

2nd dog discounted price refers to dogs sharing a suite providing the right size suite is available to occupy them comfortably. Dogs must get along well in order to share a suite.
A third dog will require another suite at regular price.

BOARDING PRICES:

The first 1-6 Nights will be $26/ 2nd dog $16
then after 7-20 Nights $24/ 2nd dog $14
then after 21+ Nights $22/ 2nd dog $12

Boarding dogs CHECK OUT by 11:00 am.(M-F) Next pick up time will be between 4:00-6:00 (M-F)and will be charged for a full day of daycare.
WKEND Check out: Between 4:00-6:00 (Sa-Su)

Grooming prices will vary depending on breed, size, temperament, style, and condition of coat.

If boarding, and you want your dog groomed or bathed before going home, please let us know when you drop off. Failure to do so, may result in not being able to accommodate the request.
We do not SHAVE/STRIP double/triple coated breeds. (Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Sheltie, Pomeranian, Eskimo Spitz, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd, Akita, Corgi, etc.) We believe dogs stay cooler/warmer in their natural coat providing it is maintained by a professional on regular grooming schedule throughout the year. With regular brushing & combing at home in-between. Shaving these types of coats can cause alopecia.
Sorry, NO YEARLY GROOMING breed clipped dogs (Schnauzers, Poodles, Shih Tzu, Cocker Spaniels, etc) You'll need to find a Veteranarian that has a groomer. Chances are your dog will have some skin/health issues that will need to be addressed.
