Dear Friends,
Our dream of what Cozy Thyme would be is still a work in progress, not quite what we had hoped for by now, but we think we are heading in the right direction.
Clint and I are currently making fresh cultured yogurt weekly. We are both very busy otherwise as well, but we enjoy doing what we do. We use fresh yogurt cultures only and we ferment the yogurt in a glass mason jar. We have tested it's shelf life and though it will last literally months, we are sure it won't last that long after you purchase it. Currently, we only offer plain whole milk yogurt.
For those who are interested, I have some Japanese Shiso which is a type of basil, but has a stronger taste. As our business grows, we hope to offer more from our gardens when produce is in season.
Clint will extract our honey by September 10th and will have it process and ready by October.
Baked goods are going to be slow in development due to my many other responsibilities. I will announce a time and date when I see a chance to do something.
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Sincerely,
Masako & Clint Stone
