CRAG, short for "Climb, Rise, Ascend, Gain" is a unique all-climber workout studio. Our small classes are just 30 mins in duration. Located in Jersey City, NJ, CRAG utilizes the VersaClimber for a total body workout. The VersaClimber is used by celebrities such as LeBron James, Hilary Duff, Jennifer Aniston, Ashley Greene & Jessica Biel. In fact LeBron loves it so much he calls it "Me and my girlfriend!! All I need. VersaClimber is her name". A Washington State University study found that subjects’ maximal heart rates were jacked up higher when doing VersaClimber intervals than when running intervals on a treadmill, and their VO2 max—a measure of how fast the body consumes oxygen, which correlates with calories burned—was “significantly greater” when climbing than when training on a treadmill or a rowing machine. www.CragFit.com
