Below is a list of rules and regulations that apply to ALL Crain facebook fan pages as well as any finalist contest that is held therein.


Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Also, if you "Like" this page you are giving a complete release of Facebook. Lastly, any participant is providing information to Crain Automotive, not Facebook.


1. One winner per household per 90 days of all contests on any Crain fan
page.
2. If a person is a finalist in a contest then said person may not compete in
any other contest on any other Crain fan page for 30 days of
aforementioned contest.
3. Crain facebook fan page administrators reserve the right to remove any
and all comments or content of any person or persons.
4. Crain facebook fan page administrators reserve the right to ban any
person or persons for any reason deemed necessary by the Crain
Marketing & Internet Department.
5. The Crain Marketing & Internet Department reserve the right to break
any and all tie‐breakers as deemed appropriate for any contest.
6. No outside vote generators. If used you will be automatically disqualified.
7. All votes must be made by a profile of a real person (no fake profiles). All
voting profiles should be active for at LEAST 30 days prior to the start of
the contest and show some recent activity to show that the profile was
not created just to vote.
8. Prizes must be picked up at the dealership at which the prize was won
from.
9. No employee of Crain or immediate family of said employee may
participate in any contest on any Crain fan page.
10.Crain reserves all rights to disqualify contestants based on voting
irregularities, counts or any other reason deemed appropriate without
notice by Crain Management.
11. The Crain Marketing & Internet team reserves the right to amend rules at
any time without notice.
