HOW TO ORDER & POLICIES

CHOOSING YOUR DESIGN
Browse through our photos to find a design your like the best or if you have an idea of something, we can make it a reality.


FOR LOCALS
If you would like something of your own personalized, we will pick up and drop off at the desired locations. You will only be charged according to the sizing of the decal + tax. (Please see our "Sizing Prices" photo.)
The perks of being a local is being able to pay with CASH or CHECK (if delivered), but you will still receive an invoice.


PLACING YOUR ORDER
When you have found the item(s) you would like, please message us with the following information:
Idea Image:
Name/Wording/Monogram (First, Last, Middle):
Font Choice:
Font Color:
Mailing Address:
If Local, Meeting Location (CAM approved):

If there is something you would like us to create for you, or if you are placing a large order for gifts or a party, please just let us know in advance before placing.


PAYMENTS
When you have placed your order, we will send you an invoice to your email address.

When you receive the invoice, please review it and make sure everything is correct. Including the monogram, colors, fonts, sizing & etc. By paying for the invoice, you are approving it. Please do not approve anything that is not correct. Please message us, if needed. ALL orders must be paid BEFORE any order is started or completed.

Invoices will be sent through Square. We do have PayPal available, if requested in PM.


DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
When you pay your invoice, we will have your order ready in 3-5 business days. During Holidays, we will extend to 7-10 business days. Please make sure you have your orders in on time. With that being said, we do like happy customers who love our products and will return, so we try to have your items ready for pick up/shipment the next day.

Bojangles's (Ladson & Palmetto Comm.)
Harris Teeter (Wescott)


RUSH ORDERS
If you are in need of a rushed order before our minimum of 3 business days, there will be an additional fee of $5.
