I created the suace when living in Lousiana. Some of the restaruants down there had this great sauce for the potatoes they put in the low country boil that the Cajuns are so famous for. When I couldn't find it in stores and couldnt find a recipe for it, I created my own. Now this is not always a good thing but this time it seemed like it was. I liked mine better than theirs. As it truns out almost everyone else likes it too. After YEARS of prompting from friends and family, we finally decided to market the sauce.
I originaly made the sauce for potatoes but since have discoverd its good on all kinds of stuff. My favorite way to eat it is on a Tomato Sandwich. Marie puts it on the kids Ham and Cheese when she makes them for school. Beth Taylor (Missouri Janes Restaruant), mixes it with cheese dip and everyong loves to dip their nachoes in it. I love to hear how you like it best.
