Create A Cig was Austin's very first dedicated vape and e-cig store - and we have expanded to cities all over Texas and even into Louisiana! We're dedicated and passionate about helping smokers become vapers and helping experienced vapors get the best of the growing number of vaping products on the market. We carry everything you could need or want to kick the tobacco habit or discover new tanks, mods, batteries and flavors.

We will help you choose your e-juice from a large menu of traditional tobacco, fruit & berry, drink or dessert flavors, our amazing house blends or even help you customize your own flavor - complete with a seven-day 100% flavor guarantee! We always welcome suggestions for products we should carry.


The Create A Cig Experience:

The Create A Cig experience starts when you walk in the door. Our products are displayed in brightly lit cases, complete with sample kits and builds to help our customers see the sheer number of options available to them. Our goal is to help create the perfect e-cig kit for each customer. While we do offer pre-built kits with everything you need to get started, we prefer to take our time and walk our customers through the process of building their perfect kit. Every customer will get the opportunity to work one-on-one with a sales specialist to build their kit or select the product they need. We will take the time to answer your questions, explain how and why things work, and make sure you have the chance to test out your purchase before you leave the store.

There's no rush! Take as much time as you need, working one-on-one with a sales specialist to make sure you get the right battery, tank, atomizer and accessories to meet your needs. We recognize that you have chosen to shop with us and make that initial investment in getting away from tobacco or improving your experience as a vaper with our products and flavors, and we want to make sure you get the most out of that investment. We want to customize your vaping experience - whether you're transitioning from analog (traditional) smoking or just looking for something new, we have a huge inventory of Ego-style batteries, top of the line mods, tanks and atomizers for you to choose from. Our goal is to help you build the perfect e-cig kit for you and make sure you have the opportunity to keep it up to date.

We strive to make every visit to Create A Cig to be a personalized experience focused on you getting what you want out of being a vaper! We cater to every level of experience, from someone who hasn't heard of electronic cigarettes before they walk in our doors to the long-time chain vaper who knows just what they're looking for.

Demonstration & Tutorial:

Create A Cig believes strongly in educating our customers about our products. Before you leave one of our stores, your sales specialist will demonstrate and explain the use, maintenance and storage of your electronic cigarette. We will explain how to fill and replace your atomizer, how to clean and maintain your product, how charging works, how to store and protect your e-cig from accidental damage, and make sure all of your product is perfect working order before you leave the store.

This process allows us to replace defective product and suggest accessories and add-ons that will enhance the experience or correct any problems you encounter while learning about your device. It is also a great time to get answers to any questions that weren't covered during the sales process. If a customer is unable to take the time to go through this demonstration and tutorial is our sales specialist, they are welcome to come in at another time.
