CREATE Arts Center (CREATE) is an arts education nonprofit organization that serves the Washington, DC metro area, for over thirty years. Our mission is to inspire creativity, develop art skills, improve self-confidence, and enhance enjoyment of life through the arts for the general public, as well as those with special needs.
