Welcome to our boutique! We offer many different items in our shop. Some of our best sellers are custom cups, baby onesies and our home decor items. Remember, while looking, that we do offer customizations on almost all of our items. We also love to personalize and we would be happy to help make your ideas come to life!!

*****Current Production Schedule*****
Open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm

All private messages (email, Etsy conversations, or Facebook) are all answered on business days between 8am-9am and again from 1pm-2pm

All digital mockup designs will be sent on business days from 5pm-6pm

Shipping Days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday

**Please understand that these time frames were set up to keep production on schedule and progressing throughout the day. The quicker orders are finished, the quicker orders ship out!! Please allow up to 36 hours for message response (depending on order volume).

**Accepted Payment Methods**
We accept most majors credit cards, debit cards, paypal and Etsy gift cards.

*Please be aware that if you choose to pay via paypal e-check, your order will be delayed. Please allow an extra 3-7 business days in addition to our regular turn around time.

**Cancellations**
Order cancellations will only be granted if your order has NOT been started. If you need a cancellation, please message me ASAP.

**Ad Ons**
We offer many different add on options. Please do not purchase an add on item if you do not have a current corresponding order with us. If an add on is purchased, but does not meet the purchase requirements, your add on order will be cancelled and refunded. If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, would like us to include a special card, would like to add a bow to your shirt or onesie purchase.....please purchase the appropriate add on link. Please do not place an order and request gift wrapping or special cards to be included if you have not purchased the appropriate add on. Remember, I do have my time and materials in these items.

**RUSH orders**
If you need an order to be processed quicker that our stated turnaround time, please be sure to purchase our "RUSH MY ORDER" listing. This listing is one per item, NOT order. For example, if you have 2 cups that you would like expedited, please purchase the RUSH order listing TWICE. This listing fee is for us to work overtime and complete your order outside our normal business hours. To locate the Rush order listing, click here:

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information.

*****PROCESSING/TURN AROUND TIMES*****
Our turn around time is currently 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner depending on order volume). We strive to send all orders out as soon as possible!

If you place an order and do not include all information needed to process, your turn around time may be on the longer side. You will be sent a message requesting all information still needed to complete your order. Once we have received all needed information, your order will be put in the stack to be completed the next day. After 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and we still have not received a response to the missing information, your order will be refunded and cancelled.

*****SHIPPING TIMES*****
Orders are taken and dropped off at our local USPS sorting facility three (3) times per week on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY. If you need your order expedited, please see above for information on RUSH orders. Once shipped, please allow at least 24 hours before trying to track your package as sometimes there is a delay in scanning.

If your tracking has not moved or updated within 48 hours, please contact USPS directly to get an update. They will have the most recent scans, updates and can track your package to give you a full update. Sometimes the scanning is mis-scanned and there are some times where the scans do not show in the tracking system at all. The tracking information that you as the buyer and me as the seller, are exactly the same. So, please, contact USPS directly for tracking updates.

****SHIPMENT ADDRESS****
It is VERY important to your order that you provide the correct shipping name and address at the time of order. There is a chance that your order will be delayed if this information is not provided correctly and we are sent a separate message. We are NOT responsible if the shipping address you provide was incorrect and it went to the wrong location.

****RETURNED ORDERS****
If your order is returned for ANY reason, then you will receive a message and an invoice for the return shipping fee to have it shipped back to you. If you choose not to pay the return shipment fee, then you forfeit your order. There are NO REFUNDS given for returned mail for choosing not to pay the return shipment fee.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy

*****RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY****

We are not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, or MIS-DELIVERED items via ANY shipment carrier. You will need to contact USPS (or the carrier used) to file a claim regarding your items. If this happens, NO refunds or replacements are given in ANY circumstance regarding shipment.

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of the package being delivered. The delivery date will be based upon the information listed on the tracking...not when you choose to open the package. So please, open your package upon delivery to be sure there was no damage incurred during the shipping process. If you do find damage, please notify us of the issue by sending us a message through Etsy including at least THREE (3) pictures of the damaged item and packaging. Your message will then be reviewed and you will receive an emal within 72 hours regarding your damage claim and how we will proceed.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY!

If you receive your package and it is not correct, please contact us within 48 hours of the package being delivered. The delivery date will be based upon the information listed in the tracking....not when you choose to open the package. So, please open your package upon delivery to be sure it is correct. I do strive to not have any errors on orders, but human error can happen. If there is an error, please send us a message detailing the problem and include a picture. We will make it right ASAP!
