Creative Cuts, salon owned by Kim Dorey and stylists Robin Bane, Becky Goodbar, and Tina Ratcliffe. We are located near the DMV in the Summit Square. We offer full service hair care and facial waxing. We serve men, women, and children. For our foils and haircoloring services we use Matrix products. We also do wedding parties and special event styles upon request.
