Creative Safety Solutions was founded by Royce L. Brooks in 2004. CSS is the culmination of nearly 50 years experience, providing clients with products and services in the fields of security, safety, health and comfort.

Our corporate headquarters are located on the Russian River in Sonoma County, California.

We are an open-minded, innovative company, focusing primarily on concepts which benefit individuals and our society. We use our personal experience as motivation and inspiration to find ways to improve the lives of people who face a variety of life challenges. While CSS is a national corporation, we remain community based. We are involved in local conservation projects and work hard to help protect the natural resources of Sonoma County.
