INTERLOCHEN, MI. — We are a small cottage studio complex located 14 miles (23 kilometers) south of downtown Traverse City, Michigan and Cherry Capital Airport, close to Interlochen State Park and Interlochen Center for the Arts. During the Northwestern Michigan College school-year and winter, some of the units are available for monthly rental/lease, during the summer, they are available as affordable, self-catering vacation rentals.

Our historical log cottage studios at 3040 M-137 are ideally situated — within four blocks of restaurants, shopping, farmer’s market, ice cream, putt putt golf, post office, and public library; 15-minute walk to Interlochen Arts Acadmey venues, including Kresge Auditorium, Corson Auditorium, and Dendrions Chapel. 24 miles to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and minutes to bike and hiking trails; fishing, swimming, and paddling lakes and rivers; wineries, golfing, and scenic rides.
