Pricing and Other Info

Our prices are as follows: $900 for Friday's or Sunday's & $1200 for Saturday's. Mon - Thurs $650.

That includes 7 hours, 2 hours to decorate and 5 to party. We normally run from 6-8 to decorate and 8-1am to party. An additional hour till 2am is available for $100 extra.

We do all the garbage removal and cleanup for free. At the end of your party all you have to do is remove any an all items you want to take home with you, ex. food, beverages, equipment. Everything else will be taken care of.

There is a $200 security deposit on any day. That is to hold the date and is fully refundable. The deposit is held until 24hrs after the party, until we can come in cleanup & make sure nothing is broken or damaged and everyone left on time the night before the deposit is returned in full by check.

We have seating for 70 but can comfortably fit up to 100, however 30 will be standing.

There is a freezer inside, a bar area and an area to setup food, 18 chafing racks are included. There is also uplighting/party lighting included.

Decoration are allowed, but not on the painted walls (small area by the bar).

There are outlets all around so the dj can setup wherever he/she feel comfortable.

We have PARKING in the front and rear of the hall. There is 10 drive-in parking spaces in front and 20 parking spaces in the rear lot.
