Reservations required for Taste Cress. At Cress we have eliminated gratuity; our dinner, counter, brunch, and wines menus are all-inclusive except for Florida State sales tax.

Cress Restaurant’s Dual Concept:
Taste Cress is dining experience wherein we will offer 3-course, FiVe Course, and Chefs’ Tasting menus (with or without wine pairings). Taste Cress is an engaged dining experience where Chef Hari and his Sous Chef lead you from start to finish by not only cooking your food a la minute, but also greeting you, taking your order, and serving you each course with Sommelier Jenneffer. So, every guest who experiences Taste Cress is essentially at our Chef’s Table!

For a la carte, visit Counter Cress which is our casual counter/bar for a menu studded with a few Cress Classics from over the past seven years. We do not take reservations for Counter Cress.

Cress Restaurant, a business dedicated to improving our food system, through sustainable practices, local sources, and refined flavours. The cornerstone at Cress is seasonally bold flavours, with a dynamic and elegant wine menu that showcases the food. Cress combines food & wine with professional service that makes dining a truly wonderful indulgence, so guests can “celebrate our land and relax in our community”.
This has led to Cress’ devotion to support local food charities, initiate a program to decrease food waste, and champion the sustainability movement. Cress has relationships with where their food comes from, with the individuals who are growing them: the farmers, the fishermen, the cattlemen. Sustainability rests on the
principle that we must meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations.
