The Workout:
Rowing to the beat, we come together as a Crew in 50-minute sessions of fitness and fun. Our Crew alternates between rowing intervals on the rower and body-sculpting movements off of the rower. The music is motivating. The atmosphere is electric. The coaches are inspiring. #rowforlife
