Cross Covenant Ministries of Christ was started by Pastor Victor Harris, the church was founded upon the message of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified.

True worship is an inward submission producing an outward expression that is empowered and guided by the personality of the Holy Spirit. This is all made possible by the heart that has the faith that focuses and surrenders to Jesus Christ as its source and to the Cross as its object, the result is being purged from an evil conscience. (Hebrews 9:14; 10:2)

For the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. (1 Corinthians 1:18)
