More about Cross Cultural Christian Church

We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three Persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; that this tri-une God created all, upholds all and governs all.

We believe that the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, fully inspired without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice.

We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men; that He hears and answers prayer; and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through the SON, Jesus Christ.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles and teachings, His death for our sins according to the Scriptures, His burial, His bodily resurrection, His finished work on the cross, His ascension into heaven, and His perpetual intercession for His followers.

We believe in the HOLY SPIRIT, Who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who believe in Christ; We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher, and Guide. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all the Biblical gifts of the Spirit.

We believe that All PEOPLE are sinners by nature and choice and, therefore, are under condemnation and therefore, in need of salvation and regeneration. We believe that eternal life and salvation is only by God's grace through faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We believe in the universal CHURCH, the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the Head and all regenerated persons are members.

About DCF's Senior Pastor

Pastor Israel Gamboa was born and raised in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. In 1993, at age 17, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and shortly thereafter surrendered his life to Jesus Christ.

In less than two years, at the age of 18, Israel's passion of playing the guitar and studying the Word of God led him to the opportunity to serve as home bible study worship leader with Calvary Chapel Spring Valley in Las Vegas, Nevada for four years.

Israel's dedication to the LORD continued to grow, and by the age of 23, he begun hosting and teaching home bible study groups at Calvary. His secular job with Las Vegas Valley Water District as Certified Backflow Technician did not hinder him in attending formal training at Calvary Chapel Bible College while continually hosting and teaching home bible study groups at the same time.

In 2005, Israel was given the opportunity to lead the Sunday Filipino service at Calvary Chapel Spring Valley and in less than two years after, by the grace of God, Israel was sent out by Pastor John Michaels to plant a new church. In January 2007, Israel was ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, founded Damayan Christian Fellowship, serving as Senior Pastor and worship leader ever since.

He is blessed with a loving wife, Romely and four adorable children.

Pastor Israel’s commitment is to continue steadfastly in the Apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and in prayers, teaching the infallible Word of God without compromise, and being sensitive to the LORD’s leading for opportunities of planting mission churches locally and abroad.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)
