The program offered at CrossFit 386 is designed for committed individuals of all ages and skills levels looking to increase their physical and mental capacity by working in a structured environment that has been proven to produce results.

By taking the time to get to know all of our members, we have a better understanding what they are looking to get out of the program and how we can help them achieve their goals. We are committed to making the experience at CrossFit 386 top notch and pay close attention to every little detail from the ground up to ensure that you are getting the most out of the program.

At CrossFit 386 our primary goal is to enhance each athlete’s competency at a wide variety of physical tasks; however, it is the strong sense of community that brings our program to life. Partner and team workouts create a friendly sense of competition that helps members establish relationships with one another in the gym. These relationships are further strengthened by regularly scheduled group outings and community outreach.
