Affect Fitness wants to help you get in the BEST shape of your life! We take the best most functional movement’s from all fitness disciplines (including gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, running, plyometrics, strongman, etc.) and combine them into workouts that are timed and always changing.
The best part is you will have a community of people to workout side by side with you. Everyone does the same workout, we just scale the weight or movements according to your fitness abilities. This is all done under the watchful eye of our coach's.
