CrossFit and Fearless

Since 2008 we have been your neighborhood gym. We have a great community at CrossFit & Fearless, from the passionate members to the dedicated coaches. Each class is supervised by a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer to ensure your safety, enforce correct movement standards, and to provide guidance, knowledge, and support.

Our members include young professionals, parents and grandparents, students, military - you name it. We all come from different backgrounds, different physical capabilities, but all find results and rewards from the CrossFit program.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, expectant mothers, and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We advise you on how to scale load and intensity. We also enroll our new members in an introductory class series to ensure you understand all movements - and are confident in them - before you join the group classes.
