Crossfit-AOA

CrossFit AOA, a 5000 sq ft unit, located on 5th and Pine in the old "Macon Mine and Mill" warehouse is proud to be a part of the efforts to revitalize an ever improving Downtown Macon. Our goal is make CrossFit accessible to those who enjoy living , working, studying, and patronizing the downtown area.

We will provide a range of class times throughout the day, six days a week, making it possible for anyone to fit a WOD into their busy schedule. For those of you who choose to WOD during your lunch hour, we will provide two slightly shorter lunch classes, making it possible for you to WOD, SHOWER, and get back to work.

CrossFit AOA is designed to be a safe environment for the CrossFit veteran or the novice. We will provide instruction and scaling for every age and ailment, and will ALWAYS emphasize safety and good form.
