The Los Al Gym

The Los Al Gym was built on the foundation of proper health and fitness. This facility is outfitted with the newest Rogue equipment along with all other functional training and strength equipment to service all fitness levels and types. We offer a wide variety of fitness programs such as Private Training, Strength and Conditioning, REP-X. With so much to offer there is something for everyone.

What separates us from the rest? Our trainers and coaches are some of the best in the industry concentrating on all areas of fitness. All of us have accomplished a college degree in the industry, along with further certifications in fitness. We pursue education in all realms of health & fitness. USA Powerlifting, Titleist Performance Institute, and Functional Anatomy are just a few of the specialties that our trainers are qualified with. We are a team of trainers that are passionate about everything from strength & conditioning to therapy and corrective exercise.
