CrossFit allows athletes to prepare for the "unknown and unknowable" by incorporating the ten general physical skills into training - cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, coordination, flexibility, power, speed, balance, accuracy and agility. By combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and bodyweight movements CrossFit will truly take your training to the next level.
