CrossFit Brigade Chattanooga is strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our program combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of movements and skills. We want to develop the ability to deal with any physical contingency and so that’s the way we train – preparing ourselves for the unknown and unknowable.
