C Squared is an 8000 Sq Ft fitness center located in the heart of Downtown Prattville. We have multiple programs to help everyone along their fitness journey. Personal Training, CrossFit, BootCamps, and Kids Classes are a few of the programs we offer. We realize that everyone’s needs are different so whether it’s weight loss, weight gain, increased strength, increased flexibility, we’ve got you covered.
